For years, UX designers have studied human behaviour to build better products. But what happens when the "user" is an AI, and the problem you're solving doesn't need an interface at all? In this talk, Flavio traces the origins of experience design—from the Big Bang (yes, literally) through the science of human decision-making—all the way to the emerging discipline of AX: Agentic Experience 🤖

Starting with what UX actually is (and what it isn't), we'll explore how designers de-risk decisions, communicate through visual artefacts, and translate complexity into clarity. Then, we’ll step into a new world where designers might investigate business processes before agents are even built, open up tools so AI can create with them, or help build solutions that operate entirely without a screen. There is no single answer—just exciting possibilities, and a few jokes about dinosaurs along the way.

And, of course, we’ll wrap up the evening with food and plenty of time to network with the community.
